Our company has been on the market since 2001. Since our establishment, we have mainly focused mainly on administering the commercial stakes in our subsidiaries.

From our position as the parent company, we manage and develop the business of our subsidiaries.

In doing so, we focus in particular on efficient management processes for the group as a whole, where synergies are exploited in the areas of personnel, financial, commercial and IT management.

ABET HOLDING, a.s. acquired stakes in its subsidiaries both by founding these companies and by acquiring existing and operating companies.

We are experienced in both starting a company on a greenfield and buying it from its current owner.

We have also completed the sale of several commercial stakes, including the sale of entire companies.

We have experience with these processes, we know how to handle due diligence during the preparation of the purchase or sale of the company, we know how to set the terms of the contract for the transfer of the business stake.

We have also implemented restructuring projects in several companies in order to stabilize and strengthen their market position and restore profitability. We can also offer the experience we have accumulated over the years to our business partners, help them with the acquisition or sale of a commercial stake, or even with the restructuring of a company.
